Effects of Stem Cell Factor for Follicular Development

Abstract: Stem cell factor (SCF) is the ligand of tyrosine kinase receptor (c-Kit). SCF is produced by ovary organs. SCF is essential for follicular development， especially the early development of follicles. It also activate the expression of steroid hormone in ovaries and the signaling pathways between follicular cells. And， SCF maybe regulate the follicular development through inactivating the PKC， MEK pathways and PI3 pathway.
