Abstract:

Intestinal organoids are miniature hollow spheres with intestinal epithelial structure and function generated by intestinal crypts or stem cells under 3D culture conditions. They have been widely used in inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal injury regeneration, intestinal cancer, etc. This article reviews the commonly used detection methods of intestinal organoids, and makes a preliminary exploration of experimental methods that have been reported in the literature, hoping to provide a reference for the scientific research and application of organoid.
