The Application and Precaution of Mouse S180 Ascites Sarcoma Cells in Cell Biology Experiment Class

Abstract: In cell biology experiment class， many experiments need the same cell materials. Based on teaching experience， we have found that mouse S180 ascites sarcoma cells can be used in multiple experiments. In this paper， we fully described the advantages of using mouse S180 ascites sarcoma cells as experiment materials，the methods that are used to prepare the cells， the experiments which the cells can be used in， and the detailed procedures for conducting the experiments. The aim of this paper was to provide some insights for choosing experiment materials in the cell biology experiment class.
