Abstract: The establishment of experimental courses is an important part of training for graduate students.In order to follow the change of teaching environment and meet the needs of graduate students training， we set up a new comprehensive experimental course named Great Experiment of Cell Biology. In this paper， we focused on the background and destination， the content and teaching procedure and the evaluation system about the course.
