The Establishment of Cell Polarity

Abstract: The establishment of cell polarity is very important to cell differentiation， development and cell function. In this review， we elucidated the difference and feature in cell polarity establishment in C. elegans zygote， the female germline cyst of Drosphila and mammalian epithelial cells， and discussed the research progress in the establishment of cell polarity.
