Abstract: The paper reviewed the advances of research in tissue culture and genetic transformation on kiwifruit， including anther culture， in vitro embryo culture， endosperm culture， cotyledon， leaf and stem culture， protoplast culture and genetic transformation. Suggestion was given to the future research work of those fields.
