Abstract: Helicobacter pylori is a pathogen associated with chronic gastritis， peptic ulcer disease， adenocarcinoma and mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma.Pathogenic factors includes: Urease， Flagellin， Adhesin， CagA and VacA. We can have a better comprehend on pathogenic mechanisms of Helicobacter pylori throng analysis of genomic sequence.
