Abstract:

Diabetic foot ulcers are a common and serious complication of diabetes patients, which seriously affects the quality of life and health status of patients. Studies have shown that cytokines, as important bioactive molecules, are closely related to the development of diabetic foot ulcers. This article reviews the specific role of different types of cytokines in the pathogenesis of diabetes foot and the mechanism of related signaling pathways. Through systematic analysis of existing research, it aims to provide new ideas and perspectives for the intervention and treatment of diabetes foot, and promote further research and clinical application in this field.
