Abstract:

Mouse brain tissue contains a variety of nerve cells, and the brain tissue is very fragile. How to dissociate the mouse brain tissue and successfully perform flow cytometry sorting to obtain high-activity and high purity cell samples is of great significance for subsequent research on the pathogenesis of brain related diseases. In this paper, the whole process from sample pretreatment to flow cytometry sorting is described in detail, which provides technical references for subsequent single-cell sequencing and other related experiments
