Abstract: Histone phosphorylation is one kind of histone modification and belongs to epigenetic modification. Phosphorylation in various histone subtypes can take part in genetic transcription, DNA rapair, cell apoptosis, chromatin condensation and so on. It may regulate a series of life activities together with other histone modification such as acetylation.
