Abstract:

ncRNA (non-coding RNA) is a class of RNA that is transcribed from the genome and has a regulatory role in protein coding. ncRNA has been shown to play a regulatory role in bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell differentiation, bone metabolism and vascular repair, and is involved in the pathogenesis of femoral head necrosis. In recent years, there are few experiments on the treatment of femoral osteonecrosis by herbal medicine and the influence of ncRNA expression as one of the therapeutic tools. This paper reviews the research progress in this field in recent years by summarizing the relevant literature in CNKI and PubMed databases, and links Chinese medicine interventions to them, providing a new theoretical basis and direction for the clinical diagnosis and targeted treatment of the disease.
