Facing the Frontier of Science and Technology, Achieving Pioneering and Leading—Progress of the Major Research Plan “Organelle Interaction Network and Mechanisms”

Abstract:

Since the launch of the National Natural Science Foundation of China’s the Major Research Plan in 2017, “Organelle Interaction Network and Mechanisms”, it has always adhered to “limited objectives and stable support”, and achieved a series of accomplishments, which has effectively promoted the basic research in the field of organelle interaction in China. By the end of 2021, mid-term evaluation conducted successfully. This paper summarized the groundbreaking progress and the important academic impacts made in the last four years. According to these research progress and management practice, the paper proposed avenues for future research.
