Roles of Jagged1 in the Immuno-tolerance Induced by Dendritic Cells

Abstract: Jagged1 is one of ligands from Notch receptors in vertebrates. Recently， many researches indicate that it may induce maturation of dendritic cells， and that it may promote T lymphocytes to deviate to regulatory T cells or T-helper 2 cells， which results in the immuno-tolerance.
