Abstract:

Aging is now generally accepted as the single largest risk factor for many chronic diseases. If the health level of the elderly is not guaranteed, it will bring serious consequences to the family and society. Therefore, how to prolong the life span of the elder has become particularly important. In recent years, the mechanisms related to aging have been widely studied, but there is a lack of systematic exposition on JAK-STAT signaling pathway and aging. In this paper, the research progress of JAK-STAT signaling pathway and aging is reviewed, which provides a new idea for prolonging the life span and preventing many aging-related diseases.
