Abstract: Cell metabolomics is an important part of systemic biology and a scientific for the overall and dynamic understanding of biological systems. It mainly studies the qualitative and quantitative analyses of small molecular metabolites and observes the changes of metabolites to investigate the metabolic mechanism. Cell metabolomics workflow includes experimental design, sampling, sample processing, metabolite analysis, and data processing. The pretreatment methods of cell metabolomics are not the same, and the design of a reasonable and convenient sample pretreatment method for the late development of metabolomics is essential. We present a brief review of the results of the sample pretreatment at this stage and the method of pretreatment of commonly used cellular metabolomics samples.
