Abstract: By the methods of graphical presentation and comparison, we analyzed and evaluated the relevance between the results got by different apoptosis-detecting techniques and its applicability. Then we found that the more right and reasonable judgments relay on the combination using of different appropriate apoptosis-detecting techniques. Among these methods, flow cytometry has its own advantages. It is more convenient and faster to detect much apoptosis features including membrane moleculars, intracytoplasmic proteins, and DNA fragments. Thus, flow cytometry is recommended to be used as the first choice for apoptosis-detecting.
