Progress in Molecular Mechanism of Forming Portal Vein Tumor Thrombus for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Abstract: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors and has a poor prognosis. The high incidence of portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT) seems to be the key bottle neck for prognosis in the treatment of HCC. In order to identify the mechanism of PVTT and also to find effective therapeutic measures for such patients， several scholars made a series of exploratory researches. In this review， we summarized the molecular biology for the mechanism HCC with PVTT.
