The Role of Axon Guidance Cue Semaphorin3C in Development and Tumor Progress

Abstract: Semaphorins are a large family of axon guidance factors that play an important role in development. Axon guidance factor semaphorin3C (Sema3C), a member of secreted semaphorins3 subfamily, is becoming a hot research in the process of development especially in tumor progress in recent years. This review focuses on the role of Sema3C in the development of nervous system, lungs, retinal, heart and tumor progress.
