Abstract: Spin-labeled election paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy is highly sensitive on determining the topology of membrane protein, the interaction of protein-protein and the structural variation of membrane protein during the interaction with phospholipids and membrane fluidity. It is a promising way of cell biology research. This paper reviewed the progression on applying spin-labeled EPR on research of cell membrane.
