Abstract: Cell co-culture technique was developed in 1970s. Different kinds and different sources of cells have been cultured in the same system. Great progress have been made in the cell species, conditions, methods of cell co-culture in the past thirty years. Among them, the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells co-cultured with the other types of cells to be induced into different kinds of cells is the most common. This paper will focus on co-culture of bone mesenchymal stromal stem cells and different kinds of somatic cells, which have clear significance in the replacement therapy of nerve, bone, cardiovascular system disease, to provide reference and help for the future.
