Abstract: Cytoskeleton arrangements are complex processes, which involved many proteins and multisteps. Cytoskeleton rearrangement-mediated cell behaviors are regulated by the protein kinases in cAMP signaling pathway, whereas, the contrast results are showed in some reports. Combined with our research, this review summarized the interactive effects between cytoskeleton and cAMP signaling pathway in regulation of cell behavior.
