Abstract: Many studies have shown that the incidence of cancer and heredity are closely related. For hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the incidence of familial aggregation tendency is also obvious, and studies have shown that the people having a positive family history of HCC suffered from HCC far more than the chance of the negative ones, but the mechanism of HCC clusters of disease has not been fully explained. This paper reviewed the published papers about the familial aggregation of HCC to provide a theoretical basis for the research of the incidence of HCC.
