Abstract: Integrin is a kind of important molecule setting on cell surface, which has been well noticed in the research of tumor cell migration because of its role on mediating cell binding to extracellular matrix and forming focal adhesion. Moreover, the relationship between the signal pathway mediated by RhoA and PKA in tumor cell migration becomes the hotspot in recent research. This review discusses the growing literature that supports such roles and interactions among them in tumor cell migration.
