Abstract: The formation of cell polarity significantly influences the development, differentiation and function of the cells. The loss of cell polarity is tightly associated with tumorigenesis. The Rho family of small G protein is one of the important factors regulating the actin cytoskeleton reorganization, and plays an essential role in coordinating the cell polarity and process of normal morphogenesis. Now we review on the relationship between the Rho family and cell polarity.
