Abstract: Neuronal guidance cues are paid great attention to in recent ten years, which are attractive or repellent to the migration of axons and play important roles in the nervous system. Now increasing evidence has been provided to demonstrate that those neuronal guidance cues (such as ephrin, semaphorin, Slit and netrin) first described in the nervous system are indispensably involved in the vascular system as well.
