The Interaction between Brassinosteroid and Auxin

Abstract: Brassinosteroid (BR) and auxin are two important phytohormones while their functional interactions exist in many physiological processes. Recent studies indicated that BR and auxin regulate gene expression synergistically， the interaction between BR and auxin occurred at the levels of metabolism， transportation and signal transduction pathway， and there also existed interaction of BR and auxin with other signal transduction pathways， such as signal transduction pathways of phytohormones and light signal transduction pathway. We review the complex interactions between BR and auxin in this paper.
