Research Advance in Anti-Tumor Targets of Chalcone Compounds

Chalcone is a natural compound, which is an active ingredient in a variety of medicinal plants, and its anti-tumor activity has been successively reported at home and abroad. Chalcone compounds have a wide range of anti-tumor targets, but there is a lack of systematic literature review. Therefore, the article reviews chalcone compounds as potential anti-tumor drugs to inhibit IκB kinase, thioredoxin reductase, tubulin, vascular epidermal growth factor and p53 pathway in order to provide more theoretical reference for tumor treatment.
