Peripheral Homeostasis of CD4⁺CD25⁺ Regulatory T Cells

Abstract: CD4⁺CD25⁺ regulatory T cells， a functional subset of inhibitory T cells， play a crucial role in the maintenance of immune homeostasis and immune tolerance. These functions are closely correlated to peripheral homeostasis of CD4⁺CD25⁺ regulatory T cells. Recent evidence showed that there are two ways that could contribute to the peripheral homeostasis of CD4⁺CD25⁺ regulatory T cells， in which some functional molecules may be involved.
