Abstract: Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are involved in the formation， development and metastasis of tumor. Growing evidences indicated that therapies aiming at CSCs have been proven to be a new method for the treatment of malignant tumors. In order to give reference for the further studies， this paper summarized on CSCs and antitumor
