The Interactions of Microtubules and Microfilaments

Abstract: As two major components of cytoskeleton， microtubules and microfilaments are interconnected in functions of structure and signal control by kinds of cross-bridges， and to be an integrated network. Here we showed that they cooperate functionally during a wide variety of processes， including cell migration， apoptosis， cytokinesis， morphogenesis， cytoplasmic streaming， organelle movement and cellular transport.
