Abstract: Actin-binding proteins can regulate the assembly, bundling and crosslinking of actin. It has been found more than 160 actin binding proteins. By interacting with actin, they participate directly or indirectly in the assembly and disassembly of actin filaments, actin bundling and crosslinking. They are involved in so many cell functions, such as keeping cellular appearance and mediating cellular movement and so on.
