The Correlation between Pinx1 Expression and Telomerase Activity in Tumorgenesis

Abstract: Pinx1， a telomerase inhibitor， is also a new tumor suppressor based on recent research. The role of endogenous telomerase catalytic inhibitor Pinx1 was studied in the progression of tumor. The result that reduced expression of Pinx1 is associated with high telomerase activity has been found. For the correlation between Pinx1 expression and telomerase activity in tumorgenesis， we review and analyse Pinx1 in the article.
