Abstract: MicroRNAs are small non-coding regulatory RNA molecules approximately 18~25 nucleotide in length. Evidences suggested that these molecules impacted a wide range of biological processes. Recently, greater understandings of miRNA have been achieved in insert models. The aim of this short review is to gain insights of miRNA in insert immunology, reproduction, cell apoptosis and neural development.
