Advances in Cryopreservation of Bovine Spermatozoa and Oocytes

Abstract: The ability to cryopreserve bovine spermatozoa and oocyte cells successfully has important practical values in animal production. In this paper， the recent advances in cryopreservation of bovine spermatozoa and oocytes are reviewed. The methods of preservation， characteristics of spermatozoa and oocytes related to cryopreservation， the existing problems and the future development of cryopreservation of bovine spermatozoa and oocytes are analyzed.
