A Method to Induce Asthma Model by OVA in 129Sv Mice Strain

Abstract: As morbidity of asthma is increasing in recent years， it is necessary to investigate the molecular mechanism and treatment methods of asthma. OVA is one of several sensitinogens for inducing asthma in mice， rat， guinea pig and rabbit. In this article， we introduced a method to induce asthma model in 129Sv strain by OVA and described the evaluation index for this model， which provide reference for researchist.
