Relationships between β-Trcp and Tumors

Abstract: β-Trcp (beta-transducin repeats-containing proteins) belongs to the big family of F-box protein， and is the key component of SCF E3 ubiquitin ligases. β-Trcp can regulate the NF-κB signaling pathway， Wnt signaling pathway， cell cycle， cell migration and invasion through recognizing and ubiquitinating specifically phosphorylated substrates including IκB， β-catenin， Emi1 and Snail etc， and affect cell growth， differentiation， apoptosis and tumorigenesis.
