Abstract: β-Trcp (beta-transducin repeats-containing proteins) belongs to the big family of F-box protein, and is the key component of SCF E3 ubiquitin ligases. β-Trcp can regulate the NF-κB signaling pathway, Wnt signaling pathway, cell cycle, cell migration and invasion through recognizing and ubiquitinating specifically phosphorylated substrates including IκB, β-catenin, Emi1 and Snail etc, and affect cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis and tumorigenesis.
