Abstract: The epigenetic regulation， such as genomic methylation， chromatin remodeling or histone deacetylation， has great influence on the maturation of CD4+T helper cells into Th1 phenotype or Th2 phenotype. In this paper， epigenetic regulation of IFN-g and IL-4/IL-13 loci in Th1/Th2 cells has been reviewed in some detail. It will help to understand the possible role of the correlated transcription factors， enzymes or multiprotein complex in this epigenetic regulation.
