Application of Protein Subcellular Localization Regulatory Technology in Anti-Tumor Therapy

Precise control of protein subcellular localization is critical for understanding cellular function, disease pathogenesis, and therapeutic development. Recent advances in localization-regulating technologies have opened up new opportunities in both fundamental research and clinical translation. This article systematically summarizes the molecular mechanisms governing protein localization, the dysregulation of protein localization in cancer, emerging techniques controlling protein localization, and applications of these techniques in antitumor therapy. Finally, future development trends in this field are discussed.
