Abstract:
As three-dimensional miniature organ models cultured in vitro, organoids have demonstrated great potential in both basic research and clinical applications. This review systematically summarizes the development of organoid technology, highlights its major achievements in disease modeling, drug screening and regenerative medicine, and discusses the development prospects and policy trends in the field of organoids. By analyzing current research progress worldwide, this article aims to provide insights for further development and application of organoid technology.
